Underground Worlds
Beneath our feet there is a vast and fascinating underground world still greatly unexplored. Secret tunnels, narrow passages, catacombs, huge underground cities and labyrinths have been discovered worldwide. Some of these underground worlds are very ancient and date back to a time when our ancestors decided living underground was beneficial for a number of reasons. Other subterranean cities have been constructed in more recent times.
